"It will get worse, before it get's better." Such encouraging words from my sister as she shared with me what the tail end of a wilderness season looks like.

And she wasn't wrong at all 😭. Another year of unemployment, clients leaving, and nearly nothing left in the bank account. How is it that these weaknesses are something to boast about? It wasn't until God showed me how His strength is shown through my weaknesses, and therefore I am made strong because of His grace. Take it from a recovering perfectionist- we all need a Savior. The question is, are we going to receive Him?

To all of my perfectionist and fellow wilderness dwellers, may this encourage you when you don't know what the heck God's doing - go' head and press play.
